- Establishment of a “new” child support order for the custodian of a child
- Enforcement of an “existing” child support order
- Establishment of the paternity of a child and obtaining a child support order and birth record change showing the father’s name on the birth certificate
- Modification of child support orders and administrative review of child support orders to determine if modification is appropriate
- Income Withholding (garnishment) Orders
Services our office CANNOT assist with:
- Determining custody of child(ren)
- Negotiating or mediating visitation or disputes
- Collecting on medical bills
- Collection for college
