DEADLINE, by 11:59 pm, for the circuit court clerk to receive an absentee ballot application from an applicant requesting delivery of an absentee ballot by mail. Applications may be submitted to the circuit court clerk in person, by fax or by mail. A Military/Overseas voter may submit an application by email.

Deadline, by noon, for the Libertarian Party to conduct a convention to nominate candidates for city and large town offices or to take action to fill a ballot vacancy following a convention.

DEADLINE, by noon, for the Democratic or Republican Party to file a certificate of selection stating that a vacancy on the municipal election ballot resulting from a vacancy on the primary election ballot has been filled.

Deadline, by noon, for the Libertarian Party to certify city and large town candidates nominated at convention or to certify a city or large town candidate selected to fill a vacancy following convention.
